I just want to say that these folks are so friendly and accommodating! I usually don't like taking medication but recently my doctor recommended it. Dunwoody Pharmacy has made the transition so easy and they have been so helpful with anything I need. Thank you everyone!

My fiancee had been going to this pharmacy for 2 years and they started charging her a $30 admin fee for her pain pills. They said it was because the insurance company wasn't covering the cost. We called the insurance company and they called the pharmacy to find out why they were charging the admin fee and the pharmacist lied and told them they didn't charge it. Then my fiancee called the pharmacy on threeway with the insurance company and they told her they wouldn't fill her prescriptions anymore and were very rude to her. I wonder how many other customers they are doing this to but I'm pretty sure it's illegal.

**BEWARE** I've gone to this Pharmacy for 2 years and the past few months I have been charged a $30 administration fee for my prescription pain medication. At first the pharmacist told me that it was due to the insurance company not fully covering their cost to get the medication and that and the next month or two the insurance company should "Catch up" but I was charged that administrative fee again today so I called my insurance company to inquire on why they weren't reimbursing the pharmacy what it cost them for the medication. When I called I spoke to a representative and told them the situation and they said that shouldn't be happening so they called the pharmacy to ask them why they were doing that and when they came back on the line, the representative told me that they told him they only charge me my $10 copay and did not say they charge me the extra $30. Of course that made me very upset because they were making me look like a liar so I called the pharmacy myself on a conference call with the insurance company on the line and the pharmacist blatantly lied and said that it was the administrative cost and that he wanted me to bring back my medicine that he just filled for me and he would refund on my money and that he will no longer fill any of my prescriptions period. I asked him why he lied to the insurance company rep and he said that the insurance company doesn't care about the pharmacies. And I express to him how it was not fair to his customers to be charging over what their co-pay is and that is when he got very irate with me and belligerent. I am a firm believer in supporting local small businesses but the pharmacist at this location is very arrogant, rude and condescending and is not helpful at all. I'm not sure how many other customers that he is doing this to but it doesn't sound to me like this would be legal or ethical. Needless to say I will never be going back to this location and I will make sure to tell all of my family and friends in the medical community as well as other areas.

Wish I could give them -5 stars!!!! Pharmacist is a condescending rude butt and dwindles customers out of their hard earned money for "admin fees"....who the heck does that? Not ANY other pharmacy I've been to!
