So this was back before the new terminal was built, so this was a makeshift "terminal" that was supposed to be temporary. However when I say temporary it took that to the max. Only one fairly small gate area, one ticket desk. Very very basic. Bathrooms were mobile trailers in a fenced area outside the terminal. Only snacks were from 3 vending machines. We showed up at 1:30 for a 3:09 Departure. Flight ended up being delayed 2 hours. One of the 3 bathrooms broke down, vending machines ran out of water, it got so crowded that the already slow wifi got completely overloaded and stopped working. Announcements were practically inaudible. However hopefully the new terminal is nicer.

Easy to get in and out. Staff nice and helpful. Just need a snack bar past security (wine???). There are vending machines but that's not the same as sitting at a table. They do have quite a few outlets for chargers. Parking is free, love that. All in all its not bad.

We flew out of Concord on Allegiant for the first time last week and we were thrilled!  We live a couple of miles from the airport, and it was so nice driving right up, parking just across from the terminal, and breezing through checking in and security.  We arrived 2 hours before flight time as instructed, which was way too early.  Allegiant does begin the boarding process about 45 minutes before takeoff, though.  Parking is no longer free at the airport, and we paid $4 per day to park.  We planned our Orlando Vacation around the limuted  flight days out of Concord, which is typically 3 flights per week, but it was well worth it.  We will definitely fly Allegiant out of Concord in the future!
