It's a very interesting park. There's no actual playground ,but there's a heck ton of room to do things. There's many monuments, which is great for Pokemon hunting and of course they're Pokestops. There's little niches here and there to do a little hiding even in the thick of summer with all the tourists. The park has quite a few steep hills and stairs so you can get your heart thumping. It's not all up and down. The main part is quite level, no need to worry. Several ponds and fountains give the park and extra oomph along with a brook that leads from one of the ponds to the others. Very picturesque.

Congress park is an amazing get away in downtown saratoga springs. The park is full of beautiful features including sculptures, natural springs, and ponds filled with ducks. A great place to walk through, or even have a picnic.

Great small park. Nice amount of paths and things to look at. Including ponds ducks Carousel, and canfield Casino museum.

This place is beautiful. I love walking my dog here. In the summer they have "Shakespeare in the Park" plays and other events. There is a musuem inside the park. Built in the 1800s, this park is modelled from Renaissance Italian gardens with statues and fountains. The birdhouses are actually cameras psa.
