Precocious owner selling overpriced garb. Yes, most is better quality; however, if you intend to maintain the clientele who can afford the items you're selling...may I suggest you cater better to us. After all, we are the ones who keep your doors open.

Got a great crib and a good experience, we've been back several times without any complaints. Never met the owner, or didn't know it, but all of the employees I have met were wonderful.

Every time I go in this store I'm reminded of why I avoid it. The owner is rude and the return policy is a joke. This store had exactly what I was looking for, but I couldn't bring myself to do business here again. I happily walked down the street and bought a lesser quality item with a more generous return policy, should my child decide she not like what I'd picked.

Worst experience of my life.My wife and I just recently purchased a crib here. The owner helped us pick out a crib and was very nice. We had some issues and when we went back we were helped by the owner once again. She was very rude, hostile and everything in life seemed impossible. Her personality took a complete 180. Soon as she got our money she could careless of what was going on. Very disappointed in the way she acted. It was the first and last thing we will ever purchase at wizard of kids

Some of the items are expensive but they are also good quality items so I guess you get what you pay for. I have purchased a crib and mattress, nursing items, baby blankets, gifts, toys, and a diaper bag from this store and every time I am treated with honestly and patients from the staff. I was impressed with their knowledge about all the products in the store. They helped my husband and I pick out the most beautiful crib and mattress. We are on our second baby and it is just as good as new. It was the only place we could find a sturdy/solid crib that we trusted our baby would be safe in! I highly recommend this store to anyone that is having tough time finding good baby furniture and you will find plently of other great baby items while you are there!
