Racists. Going back for the 3rd time for a ID. Won't except my mail because it was pasted 2days of the 90 allowed. I will be video recording next visit. Does anyone have information on how or who I can file a grievance? Will be documented my experience there taking names date an time. This will stop. Because what they are doing is creating job security for themselves. With that alone is milking tax payers hard earn money. Start talking names on who you interact with there. With enough writing grievances someone has to be held accountable for this type of unprofessional unproductive behavior.

Actually very pleasant, I took my road test in this DMV. I failed the first time, I let my nervousness get the best of me - especially since you have an instructor who is extremely cranky and salty towards you (that's why I rated it a 4 star not a 5). But on the second time I took my road test, my instructor was a guy named Jeff B. This instructor was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the road, in turn I passed it. So if you have a road test planned out, hopefully you'll get this guy as your instructor.

My experience is actually pleasant. No one was rude, even the call I made before my trip was helpful and informative. About 1 hour from entry to exit but it's rather reasonable in a DMV.

This was the worst experience ever. I waited an hour and a half just to renew my license! Then when my license arrived, they didn't send me the federally approved one! Now I have to go back to this God forsaken place and get this corrected! I had given the person all of the necessary documentation and she scanned it. I do not know what the issue is. I hate dealing with these people.

Usually really busy with people everywhere. The workers try and work as fast as they can but if you have an appointment or need to get something done it is best to get their earlier and expect to be there for quite a while.
