I am absolutely disgusted with the department of labor. Why do they have two different phone numbers if you’re unable to speak to anyone? my last day worked was the 5 January it’s now 29 January and I’ve received nothing. Please contact me or process my claim or I will not be able to eat or pay my bills it’s important to meet to eat and pay my bills because that’s what I need to do in order to survive

Apparently I am forced to give one star in order to comment. When in all actuality they deserve negative infinite stars. I have been unable to file my claim since opening my claim in January. The claim system claimed that I was not authorized to use it. Once I was seemingly authorized to use it, it said that I did not file for the previous week and could not file. Since then I have filled out multiple weekly filing issue forms with no answer. Why have these forms if they get filed and nothing gets done with them? The dept. of labor is the epitome of dysfunction. What's more, is that they likely know how dysfunctional they are as there is no way to talk to a real person for any issue. You may notice that on some of the complaints that the so called owner answers with is a website and phone number for frequently asked questions. I called that number, to find that number or website has nothing to do with unemployment benefits whatsoever.

I stopped working on March 2nd, having lost my job to corporate downsizing. Have sent in my last pay stubs for my final compensation as well as for last quarter 2017 along with my W2 for last year for the company I was employed by. You still have me on record as working up until 2nd quarter 2017 with the firm I was employed with prior to my last employer. I have sent all this same documentation to Norwich as well. What do I have to do at this point to get someone to straighten this out on your end?

I Put A Claim In My Last Day Of Work In December. Filed my claim online cause you can't talk to a person. I jumped threw all the hoops. Finally after almost 4 weeks they released my claim but I have no access to the money that's in an account with key bank. No way to ask for a debit card. I called the bank they don't know what going on. So what's my next option to get a card or access to my account.
