Customer Service was Lacking, to say the least! It's only 8:50a, you haven't been at work 2 hours and the 2nd employee you see, the ticket lady is rude, dismissive and low key hostile. You're only assessing in line or out line status, passing out numbers. It should be your job to 1. Make eye contact 2. Greet every customer 3. Answer inquiries pleasantly 4. Provide prepared explanations on procedures. What an awful tone to set for my time at DMV. And to hide this poor service behind the threat of posted consequences restricting honest real time feedback is unethical. Do better!

After finding out that AAA of Plainville was closed due to water damage, I made one of the worst decisions of my life going to this DMV office. All I needed to do was to renew my my drivers license. I had my passport, my old license, my application from, my check and imagine my surprise when I was thrown in with all the lovely people there for ID Cards. Now you are given a coded number to delineate the type of service you require. After an hour waiting, I politely asked the person in charge of issuing those lovely little tickets for service, how long she thought it would take as there were supposedly "only" 4 people ahead of me. She was beyond rude and told me I had not been there that long, and the personal taking my application for renewal also did ID cards & drivers tests in addition to renewals. Are you freaking kidding me? The place reeked of body odor, and I was not even sure I was in the USA. And the State of Connecticut Powers that be wonder why everyone wants to get out of this state?

Worst dmv ever. horrible place to have driving test .people are rude dum and retarded.city has very high taxes and ugly sodom and Gomorrah is what should b called
