Never return call/email. Representative stated my account was delinquent even though am a new owner and provided documentation on previous owners last payment proving  the account should not  have been delinquent to begin with.

I called this morning just to get information for my new house and there were a nasty lady called "stephani" . I wast just asking simple question and she responded the account was in delinquent in the nasty way and i told her that I'm the new owner so she can help me to understand the situation, but respond back that  i need to call my lawyer or pay the balance. So, i called my lawyer and left him a message. But he didn't call me back.

So, then I called back to the water department and this time there were a nice lady and unfortunately, i didn't wirte down her name. But this nice lady helped me and  she took a little more time to look into the account and there were some  notes about the accont explained that the old homeowner;s lawyer sent notification about shortsale. So, i just want to express my gratitud for this nice lady. That I would call real customer service. not the other lady stephani that she made waste my time and hard time.
so, my suggestion is if this department want to be more efective should revised their personnel.
