CT Dry Basements is an incredible organization.   We had an issues with water in our basement and the CT Dry Basement team reacted quickly to our inquiry.   The team presented themselves in a professional way and was able to diagnose the issues and provide a plan (including installation of a sump pump and coating of our basement walls).   The provided a very reasonable cost for their services.  They were able to accommodate my schedule and provide their service in a timely fashion.  The team showed up, quickly got to work.   Upon complete, they left the basement clean.    In short, the service provided was cost effective, timely, extremely professional and the outcome was a Dry Basement!!   THANKS to the entire CT Dry Basement team.

I had a old wood hatchway door to the basement and a crack in the foundation on the other side of the house. I called these guys on a recommendation from a friend and Rich, the owner of the company, came by. He blew me away with his knowledge. He gave me a quote the next day that was much lower than I expected and his guys were on the job a few days later. They removed the old door and all the debris from the job and were in and out in a day. I have one dry in the basement ever since. I highly recommend these guys

When I first met Rich and spoke to him about the problem I was having with my basement. Rich explained to me exactly what I needed to do to fix it. He gave me a complete time frame of the work that needed to be done as well as the cost. His crew showed up on the day we scheduled are appointment "on time" and started the job. Later on that afternoon Rich stopped in to make sure everything was done and that I was happy with the repair. It feels great not to have to worry about water getting in on the floor. His guys where polite and very professional.  It was a pleasure to finnally get my basement problem solved. Thanks again guys Great Work.

Being new to my home, I was horrified when I noticed water leaking into my basement. I called the company and a representative met with me the very next day. He was exceptionally through and explained several treatment options. He even went so far as to recommend the least expensive alternative. The work was performed on time and exactly as promised. I highly recommend using this company should you have any type of water issues in your home!

WOW - if I were a writer I would write a #1 selling novel about the AWESOME job Connecticut Dry Basement did on waterproofing my cellar and installing a new cellar hatchway.  I have only one regret and that is why didn't we do this years ago.  What a wonderful treat to walk now into a dry cellar with no worries about my washer and dryer and the furnace.  Rich was fantastic in organizing.  Everything was done on time with no procrastination.  If there were 10 stars, that is what I would give this group from Plainville, CT.
