The doctors office is awesome. BUT my problem is with their optical shop, I have tried calling to order contacts and no one ever answers or calls back. Can’t order online unless I pay a fee for them to give me the prescription that I already know what it is.
I really like Dr Salierno. He is always very pleasant. In the past I also had rude staff at the eye glass center. I’ve been going here for three years and I think the staff is improving with customer service a little.
Receptionist is horrible and obviously trying to get people to reschedule instead of my wife being seen. Probably going to find another office. Wasted my time and made my wife reschedule. No curtousey call to say there was missing info. Took day off from work for this. Could have scanned the necessary information back to her as soon I as I got home. All she would have to do is bring the acct back up. Very inconvenient. Great Dr. But receptionist obviously on a power trip.
I think I’m done here. : After many years I just want a more pleasant customer service experience. Dr is pretty good, down to earth. Staff is always so….unwelcoming. Harsh. Goodbye and good luck. Remember that patients pay to come to you and a smile and some patience and kindness can make all the difference in this world.
I came with my Duaghter, first time here, and didn’t have her insurance card with us the Secratary said it was no problem and we were good to go seemed friendly enough from my experience. Haven’t seen the doctor yet just saw bad reviews for the receptionist.
What kind of individuals are working here? Lena is extremely rude to customers. Barking orders at everyone and being extremely trashy. What a terrible face for CT EYE PHYSICIANS
The receptionist was very very unwilling to work with us she would not compromise with us in anyway my husband took the day off so I could get my check up I had forgotten my Medicare card at home and instead of working with by saying oh will give us a call back with the information or email us the information when you get home everything out of her mouth was no we can’t do that I can’t see her with out the card when I wasn’t there to see her it should be the doctor not her why would I wanna to see some one that just works behind the counter that knows nothing about eyes she lost that office patients that been going there for years I hope she’s proud of herself ohh I think her name was Jen she had long curly blond hair
