I don't like to complain online, but it's needed because I hope others can read this and avoid wasting their time at her practice. She is rude, condescending, and her head is lodged so far up her ass that when she asks you a question, she doesn't even bother to listen and talks over you. She left the room during my visit twice because her phone rang! I should've walked right out. While discussing the options for my fibroadenoma, I asked her what she thought was best (she is the doctor, after all) to which she responded with a shrug of her shoulders. I think she had more important things on her mind. That's not the kind of doctor I'd want operating on me. She needs to come back down to earth and take a course in bedside manner, for starts.

I have had dealings w/ Dr Malon on a personal & professional level. On a Professional level She is one of the Rudest Doctors I have encountered. On a persoal level She is knowledgeable and caring. ?? ?? DR. Jekly Mr.Hyde
