I'm more of a fan of Tony's deli across the street, but I like this place when I'm looking for something a little more 'sophisticated' and a little healthier. My favorites here are the BLT and the Ultimate Roast
Beef and they've got a great chicken salad melt on the specials. I've never had the salads, but judging from the other food and from what I've heard I'm sure they're great (I think it's clear I'm not much of a salad person).

Nice service and tasty sandwhiches.  A perfect place to stop off the Merritt Parkway on the way from NYC to New Haven.
