What can I say it's a Wendy's not a gourmet restaurant. I would pick Wendy's over McD's anytime though, but I dont think it's asking for too much if the staff was polite. Not to mention how freezing cold it is inside. The manager herself wearing a scarf, the staff wearing winter jackets. Upon requesting for the heat to be turned on the managers response was that she thinks the heater is broken. Per the other Wendy's guests (that complained and agreed with me), the heat is NEVER on and it's always "I think the heater is broken". The food is good haven't had any issues their. To keep it simple the staff is not friendly and take a jacket and maybe a blanket if you dare to eat inside.

Went on a whim because they have been a good fast food stop, especially for grilled chicken. Not today. We ordered the value meal spicy and grilled chickens, plain ordered. I was specific because of a food allergy. Not only was it not grilled thoroughly, it was loaded with add ons. The spicy order had no fries and the chicken was freezing. We will not return here or to any Wendys again.

This has to be the worst wendys in the area. Watching them try to put our food together was like pulling teeth. They need to start requiring a GED or atleast maybe a small aptitude test before hiring. After waiting the 15 minutes for my overcharged cookies (sign says 99 cents I paid 1.30 a pop!) We sat down and then they let homeless people walk around in here to ask you for your money. Really annoying (ok maybe a little entertaining) but still, if you can avoid this one I would recommend.. If you do come just don't bring cash if you can!

Rarely disappointed at Wendy's. Not gourmet but satisfied my expectations. Very nummy.
