Established in 1986 by Connie Phillips, Connie Phillips Insurance, Inc. was founded on a philosophy of offering personal, professional service. Since then, we have grown into a full-service agency with a staff of specialists serving individuals, families and businesses in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
