Freedom Insurance Agency is a locally owned and operated business in Carroll County. Over the years Mark Wurster has reviewed my policy many times and suggested and implemented changes to get me better coverage for less money. The level of service is outstanding. I don't keep up with changes to laws and/or policy changes. Freedom Insurance does that for me. There is always some there to answer the phone if I have any questions or need anything. I know someone is looking out for me and I am not just a policy number. This is a place that cares about the clients.

I have been with Freedom Insurance Agency for about 8 years.  I have multiple cars insured, our homeowners policy, and business insurance through this office.  Mark Wurster and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with.  They always have my best interest in mind.  They offer and explain the benefits of products and services that they believe I should have to protect myself.  Mark will also inform me when rates change and I can save money on my insurance.  Thank you Freedom Insurance Agency for the many years of great customer service.
