Full of surprises... I schedule a $74 wheel alignment.  Had a coupon they didn't accept because I didn't get 4 new tires.  That's fine, but adding BS charges for shop supplies on a wheel alignment,?  It's the principle and not mentioning anything before hand, since the bill came out to $88.  Guy on phone says it's a generic charge we have in case we use nuts/bolts.  Last time I go this place, doubt it stay open much longer w/ that kind of service.

Been a customer for quite a while now..NOT anymore..
I had scheduled an appointment at the Richmond Heights location for saturday 09/02 11:30a and got a email confirmation. 
On the scheduled date, I was at the location 15 mins before the appointment. The person at the counter (not sure if he was a manager, but he was indeed unreliable, incompetent, lazy and very rude) asked me to wait and he acted like he was busy going through something on his computer screen in the car service area (i could see him do that through the desk area). I waited for about 20 mins, and at around 11:35 am, i called him to come over and take the service order, though reluctant, he replied back saying he will be right over. Anyways, he comes over after a few mins, and when i inform him i have scheduled an appointment for 11:30a, he tells me that I made a "web" appointment so he cannot accept it and would not be able to service my car and if I want the service, I have to wait for 2 - 2.5 hours. When i asked him the reason why he does not accept web appointments, he blamed the Corporate and says they never listen to them and they cannot honor the appointments through the website. So what is the whole point of scheduling appointments? The best part was, there was a banner in the service office that says something like 'Scheduled appointments will be given priority over normal services'..really conrad's, you better change your rude and unhelpful staff else, like me, you would see many customers walk out of the place..of course unhappy. Later, I walked over to Firestone across the street, and was in and out in less than an hour.
Sad to say, unreliable, incompetent, lazy and very rude staff run this location, I better stay away from this place.

We recently went to Conrad's because we were tired of the crappy service and runaround given to us by the "other" company (who shall remain nameless but we all know who they are).  Not only does Conrad's do the work and do it well, they know their stuff.  We usually deal directly with Ed at the Richmond Heights Conrad's and he is wonderful.  Their prices aren't a bargain by any stretch of the imagination (you will pay as much there as you would the "other" company), but the service at Conrad's is fantastic and their work is excellent.  They are straight-forward about their warranties and they don't "hide" them under a "lifetime" label like the "other" guys.  They have recently done an oil change and alignment, changed out a bad tire, and most recently worked on the gas gauge/sensor.  I/We highly recommend Conrad's.

dislike. poor customer service and accommodations didnt do the work right then wanted me to pay all over again for something they messed up, had to hire a lawyer for them to realize I was serious, just go somewhere else :P
