Although they worked on my car pretty quickly, they charged me way more than they should've for the amount of work. Staff was completely unprofessional. They wasted time making jokes instead of working on my car, costing me extra money. The Manager Keith is a crook, he purposely up-charges and then gives you an attitude when you try and argue. They didn't even fix my car, only put a "band-aid'' fix on it. One guy was nice, as well as the mechanic, but they have no power against the dick of a manager whose price was completely arbitrary. $114 an hour for labor means $57 for a half hour, not $120, and not a "discount'' of $80. Total BS, the guy said none of his customers ever complain, that is very hard to believe considering he's a deceiver and a cheat.

I had my truck towed in to have a tire changed and that evening I picked it up after having the tire replaced, my breaks miraculously started grinding REALLY bad and there was no sound coming off my breaks earlier in the day. I was also charged for a bolt they broke. Unprofessional and deceiving. Just because I have a vagina doesn't mean I don't know a bullshit upsell skeezy deal when I see one. Slimy....

Honest mechanics and fair price for a franchise. Expect to pay around 10-15% over a mom and pop but the work quality and parts are much higher. Their labor charge is low so for long jobs it ends up around the same price. They do not misdiagnose or try to stick you with repairs you don't need and they waive the diagnostic fee if you get a repair done. Pretty cheap oil change too.
