The friendliness of the employees is about the good thing that came from renting from this location. I was provided this car after an accident while my car was being fixed. The staff was friendly at pickup, despite coming in almost at closing on a Friday evening.

The issues began when I returned the car. The employee checking the car back in noticed a "large" dent in the front right side of the car. I argued as to the description of "large" since the dent in question was about the size of a half-dollar, but the employee explained that that was considered "large". He filed a report and said that he should take my entire insurance deductible to cover the damage, but was only going to take half ($250), because he was "sure that it could be buffed out" and that they would then return the money to me minus the small cost. 

That isn't what happened. I was contacted by Enterprise the next week saying that the total for the repair (to get out a dent the size of a 1/2 dollar remember) was $600+, and so I could have it billed to my insurance as an accident, or I could pay the over $350 more dollars it would cost to repair. The accident and the rental and the whole situation was already taking many turns for the worse, so I just agreed to pay for it, but called the company and said they must be fixing more, to which they said that they were fixing the dent.

I received the breakdown of the cost a few days ago:
Front bumper and grill
Bumper cover
Front lamps
Headlamp assembly
Fender
Clear coat of paint
Fender liner
Door shell
Mirror
Nameplate
Door handle
door trim
Hazardous waste removal
Paint
(and a few more items I don't even know what they mean)

BEWARE! If there is so much as a scratch that you don't make them document when you pick the car up, they will fix EVERYTHING even remotely in the same vicinity and charge you!

Overall a horrible experience with the return, and will rent a car through a different vendor on all future instances.

the agents were very helpful and understanding. Be aware if you are dropping the car after hours..this location is no more accepting key drop offs. So, plan the drop off accordingly.

Had issues with my reservation being available, but the manager on site actually made it a funny moment and made sure we were thoroughly taken care of for our inconvenience! He's great at his job and hilarious!! 😁

All the agents were courteous, amiable, honest, and professional. The car was excellent (a Camry), and the price I was charged for gas was great ($1.85/gallon). I'd return to this location in a heartbeat in the future.

During peak hours staff remained professional accommodating everyone. I made reservations one hour before pickup Eric B., (Richmond Heights, OH) informed me the car wasn't available. I appreciate it and trust the process. 
The Jeep served it purpose my children were comfortable during the eight hour road trip to South Carolina.
This was my first experience with Enterprise and I enjoyed everything about it.
