Chriss in customer service is awesome, every time! Brandon and Jared in tech support should brush up on their personal interaction skill set because they always seem annoyed when the customer is asking questions about how something works. Ira in tech support is awesome though—has no problem explaining how something works and what he potential issues may be. Front desk personnel in the physical building need some serious customer service training because you walk in and they just look at you like “What do you want?”. When you start talking, they keep interrupting with “ok..ok...ok” which is extremely rude and disrespectful towards the customer. If they’d fix how they interact with ALL members of the community, they’d be a 5-star company.

These guys have a bit of a bad reputation, but we've have seen nothing but good things from them. We're in the country, in 4 months never had the connection go bad and less than 50/month to stream whatever we want isn't something to complain about. Also the guys that hooked up our service were straight pros.

These are some of the greatest people that I have ever met. I have been to many internet companies and have never had anyone work with me as well as these guys have. They helped me in ways that had nothing to do with internet, cable or phone and I will forever be grateful to them for it. Nor will I ever be able to explain to them how great they are.

Sick of this place! They will only hook up new equipment and do service calls for you if you get theirs, which you no longer have the option to purchase but can rent.. seriously!? This Internet speed use to be great but now it's infuriating and we've not downgraded by any means. Are there any other options in this area?
