I tried to get my license renewed in Royal Palm Beach. I was unable to pass the eye test and had to go to my MD to complete a very extensive form. I then found out through another person renewing his license that the reason for not passing the eye test was actually due to the machine. After going to the MD then back again to the office I was told to try another machine and my eye test was fine. If not for this problem the location was very well organized and friendly.However, the eye machines should be maintained.

Well I guess I’m truly blessed because I walked in this Friday around noon and the front desk clerk told me I would have a 30 min to and hour wait my number was 122 and they were on 121 I waited less than 15mins and my number was called not only that but I also had an awesome rep over all everyone was helpful and I walked away happy 😊 thanks guys🙏🏾👍🏾

I actually really enjoyed my experience here. They were very quick and helpful in renewing my registration. Not a long wait, it’s nice inside, and the employees are very nice and patient as well.

This place sucks & needs major improvements you combine both the DMV and the tax collector into one building then you give it the smallest damn parking lot available. On top of that you have 40 windows and not even half of those have people at them. I was here to just correct an error and I'm currently going on 3 hours waiting time. It is ridiculous and this change was a huge mistake. 

This place is worse than jury duty at the PBC court house.

This is HORROR!! Huge building for a Mc Donalds parking lot. Worst waiting time ever!!
