Truly pieces of work at this center. Not only is there a lack of common sense, they are rude beyond belief, one of the women at the front desk even mocked me. Terri the assistant manager is utterly useless. They have zero decency. They need to list online that services end 2 1/2 HOURS before their scheduled close so people don’t waste time going and paying money for parking since there’s no free parking. Arrived 30 minutes before they opened and couldn’t wait 2 hours in the line, then arrived an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and couldn’t be seen. Sorry I am a productive member of society with a job and cannot sit and wait for two hours. Let me tell my clients they can get an appointment in January and see how that goes.
