I am not sure why so many people have bad ratings on their service. I am from India 🇮🇳 and my wife is from Mexico 🇲🇽. 

We have an emergency situation and my wife is undergoing surgery in Mexico. They were so helpful in understanding my situation and helped me with utmost care.

George at the St Paul office is super helpful.

My fourth time in a row, unsuccessful! Everytime i get a different person telling me something different, such a bad experience.

Always the same bad experience. Last time my husband renewed his passport these people said you didn't need an appointment to renew a passport. We came they give you the worst attitude they can possibly have. Even when you bring in all the paperwork they ask for. I just came in to renew my passport this time and this guy told me they couldn't help me without an appointment. This people think they are above all the His panic community. If I had a choice to go somewhere else I totally would.

I don't get the whole idea of appointments if staff don't follow them. 
They need to be more organized and strict on appointments.
Not a good experience for a paid service.
