Had to get an emergency passport for my daughter since the UK passport office held her Austrian passport for longer than expected. Incredibly quick, helpful and super friendly. Made me happy to be Austrian!

Applied for a visa for my son, and could not have been happier with the service.Excellent friendly staff and my sons visa was ready in 2 days, just make sure you have all the correct paperwork with you when you apply. Email service also excellent Very happy customer-thank you very much.

A nice environment and very helpful consular staff.

Renewing my passport took less than 4 minutes. The lady behind the counter made me feel so welcome and at home that I remembered why I stayed an Austrian citizen, even though I have lived in the UK for 17 years now. The security guard is also very nice, greeted me with a huge smile. All in all, the whole procedure was extremely smooth IF you read the required documents section on the website and bring the necessary  forms/documents

Unfriendly passive aggressive racist staff. No please or thank you, my grammer was corrected and laughed at by the teller.. is this typical service?! Completely terrible service, the Austrian government should be ashamed. The only good point was the very friendly gentleman that greeted us on entrance.

Unprofessional, ignorant and simply do not seem to care. Email replies from the Austrian Embassy are simply:  "it is 48 hours" even though i specifically asked 3 questions for clarification in terms of covid restrictions in Austria since their government cant be arsed updating their websites to let tourists know of new covid rules. Absolute shambles.

I love my Embassy. The staff are incredible and I renewed my passport in 17 minutes. And all throughout lockdown, they were supportive and informative, and never impatient... well done to our Austrian Embassy, both in London AND Edinburgh

I've been trying to book an appointment to renew my passport for the past 6 months.  No one answering the phone, no one replying to email. It's like COVID has crippled the embassy.
