The staff was very nice and kind. At the entrance Marco was very helpful showing the right way and the essential informations to my appointment. Adriana was very kind and friendly too. I have lacked information about parking, if the website make this information available (best price x location) it can help a lot.

Susanna was incredibly kind and helpful when I was applying for my visa to go to Brazil! I had everything I needed with me, and it was a quick and easy process. It was also really easy to get to, location-wise. My only suggestion is to give a bit more direction on where to go/what to do when initially entering. Other than that, it was an extremely quick and efficient process. 5 stars to the consulate, and to Susanna, in particular! Thanks!

I gave 4 stars just because is a bit time consuming to get stuff done , since u don't know all the documents you need for each cases. You need to go back and forth in case u forget something, and the security at the door sucks. But the staff is very helpful specially Vanessa at the window nice and charismatic she answered all my questions. My experience wasn't bad .

The staff was super nice and accommodating. I was initial afraid to go because of previous reviews. But, I had everything with me could be why it was a smooth transaction. I actually stepped away from the waiting area to use the restroom and when I came out they had called my number. Talk about bad timing. However they were super accommodating and took me right after the agent finished with the client. It was great experience requesting a tourism visa.

I send in my visa paperwork and received it back in a timely manner, however, I've had complications with my boyfriends visa and am getting no response from the consulate. His paperwork was delivered on a Friday holiday by the post office, and then re-delivered on Saturday, which obvious wasn't a business day. (don't get me started on the post office!) Neither the post office nor the consulate has returned our calls to confirm that it was picked up by the consulate, resent or even received. I've emailed the consulate twice already, and called 5 times, leaving several messages, after we discover the error by accident two weeks after mailing it in. In a strange situation like this, I just want to talk to a person to help get the situation sorted out. Our trip is now a week away and we still don't have any information from the consulate. We're starting to panic.
