They don't pick up the phone at all and the first thing when you get there they asked you is " why didn't you call for an appointment "

Mi experiencia aquí fue muy placentera llame y me respondieron siempre a la primera, muy amables y atentos en el call center, tenían espacio para agendar mi cita el día siguiente a la hora que yo deseaba, ya estando en el local si usted tiene cita repito SI TIENE CITA previamente programada no tendrá ninguna clase de problema, separan a las personas por grupos dependiendo de la hora asignada, se les llama por orden a cada uno y se les entrega un folder con número en mi caso era reposición de pasaporte perdido así que solamente con mi DUI vigente pude sacar mi pasaporte nuevo, luego se procede a la toma de fotografía y actualización de datos y en cuestión de 15min después de tomar la foto ud podrá tener su pasaporte en sus manos el mismo día así de rápido y eficiente fue el día que yo visite y estoy muy contenta con el servicio y la amabilidad de nuestra gente, sigan así felicidades
