The staff was very kind and resolved my issue as quickly as possible, but I was charged for part of my hotel cost after paying cash in full without incidents. The Happy Hour is the best at any hotel and bar that I have seen. More detailed checks must be made for cleanup of each room. The curtain that covered the windows looking outside was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The size of the room is great, but not the price which should be at least $25 lower because not everyone will utilize Happy Hour amenity.

Chose Embassy Cool Springs since my daughter was in a volleyball tournament very nearby. The location is great, the cleanliness of the room is fantastic, but the noise level isn’t good. We have had multiple groups of kids running past our room and a huge Mardi Gras party is going on the first floor until midnight. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known it was going to be so noisy. Hotels are supposed to be peaceful and relaxing. There was no notice given that a very loud event would be going on. If you plan to get reservations here, ask before you book your room if there is a big event taking place in the hotel. I’m very disappointed in the price I’m paying and can’t even get any peace and quiet. The huge party also caused parking issues for the hotel guests.

The amenities were wonderful. My daughter loved the pool which was very well maintained and in the weekdays had premium towels, I guess they ram out though on Saturday because when we . The happy hour was a nice plus to have. The front desk staff were very friendly and worked to resolve any issues we had. The only complaint - there was a issue about house keeping.

This is at least the 3rd straight year we have stayed here during holiday season. There must have been a management change recently because hospitality here is gone. This hotel used to be great. Now they arbitrarily shut down their bar and restaurant early leaving guest who pay the full rate to fend for their own. We pay to stay here because of their reputation and history of services they had always provided. We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known all their services would be cut.

Overall it was a nice hotel. The room on the other hand was another story. My wife and I were there for a conference and requested a king sized bed and received a room with 2 full size beds. I'm 6'4 265 lbs...i can't fit in a full sized bed. The a/c didn't work and the room was continuously hot. The window was screwed into place not allowing it to open and we were hot the entire time there. There was also never any hot water for a shower at any time during the day or night. I will not be returning to this location to stay for another conference. I will stay elsewhere and shuttle there.
