I called them at least 7-8 times but was never able to reach an actual live human being. Calls went to voicemail, I left messages but no one ever called back. Maybe they're closed permanently and haven't bothered telling anyone.

Great overall rating though they are not open long enough (10 am to 1 pm) as of Spring 2012. But Christine is very FRIENDLY and very HELPFUL. I have seen her interact with several people of different ethnic backgrounds during different appointments and have not experienced her as prejudiced. Sorry Britannia had a bad experience. Christine's advice has also been dead on and with her help I accomplished my goals in much less time than I anticipated. that woman is wonderful.
