We got the passport really fast BUT the birth date printed on it was incorrect. This presents a problem when trying to use it to verify identity.

Worst experience ever!! I called 5 times and every time I finally answering all questions they answered , introduced themselves but then would hang up or stay quite.

Laura was very pleasant to work with. She also double checked our paperwork for us to ensure that we had everything we needed. We appreciate that she was the one working over the lunch hour.

Recent my family applied for Temporary Residency in Mexico through the Portland, Oregon Consul.
The whole experience was very professional, personal and pleasant. From the greeting at the door by the security guard to through the payment process. Especially pleasant and helpful was the Consular, she listened carefully to our questions and explained the process very clearly, she treated us professionally, yet personally.
As an American Citizen, I can tell you that I would not get as respectful or kind treatment in my own country.
