Been there three times for visas.  In and out in about 15 mins.  Very good service, knowledgeable and friendly.

The best service We have ever had. We were on our way to Thailand, my in law who is El Salvadorian lost her Green Card. She renewed it and was approved. However, she did not received it before it was time to go. It was a holiday. We e mailed the consulate and was e mail back within a few hours. She made special trip in Portland to meet my in law and visa was issued and we were able to travel the next day. All 12 of us were able to travel together the next day. Again Thank you very much. It makes me feel good as their representing Thailand.

Hello,

I can not write an actual review because I'm completely in the dark with my visa application? I sent my package in a week ago and every time I call no-one ever picks up and when I try to leave a message it say the mailbox is full. I've emailed and there has not yet been a response? I'm hoping the author of the review in front of mine can offer some insight?
