Best consulate ever! Extremely responsive, answered all our questions, expedited our application on short notice, kept us informed at every step and made sure we got our passport in time for our travel. Nicest people I have ever worked with.

The Irish Consulate is an excellent example of incompetence. This is delivered through rude staff, a poor web site, and phone messages that do not get returned. If people had an alternative of getting their consulate services somewhere else, the Irish embassy would go bankrupt. It appears that they take pride in doing things badly.
