The customer service is very slow and not friendly. They also give the wrong parking information about you paying for 3 hours $16. I had to pay for 1 hr $45.

Esta gente que trabaja ahí no sirve para nada no trabajan horas completas,ganan el dinero sin hacer nada con razón está como está el Ecuador. El otro día me fui para sacar un poder y tarde más de 3 horas, mi hermano fue a retirar un pasaporte y le dijeron que podía regir el pasaporte  hasta las cuatro y el llegó a las 2y media ya no estaban, trabajan cuando quieren y hasta la hora que les da la gana ,debe haber alguien quien les controle sino así ganan el dinero sin hacer nada ......
