Efficient and courteous. Telephones messages were returned within 24 hours. I had some questions, sent them an email and got a phone call back. Both Mr. Shaharyar and Adeel guided us regarding the paperwork. Mr. Tariq at the window was patient and courteous. Mr. Fawad at the passport desk was friendly and efficient. It was truly an amazing and very pleasant experience. Only the people making unreasonable requests from the consulate will  give anything less than 5 stars.

They received 2 visa applications from our side on Monday. Notified us of the missing documents on the same day. Twice when they couldn't reach us. So I emailed the stuff early Tuesday morning and Wednesday both the passports were in our mailbox. With the visas. I'm so impressed by their efficiency and responsibility (the 2 phone calls). 5 stars for sure.

Customer service is great, professional and prompt.  
NICOP application and renewal web site needs some attention especially photograph and finger prints uploading software.

Surprisingly smooth transaction.
In/out within less than 10 min.

Although Visa renewal fees is just outrageous - $192/person !!! Yaeeks...
