Poor service. We drove four hours only to find out their cameras are not working for some strange reason. No work is being done. Fingerprint machine is down and there’s no backup plan. This office serves 10 states and is run like it’s a butcher shop. 

One thing I need to write to Consulate employees is: this isn’t Pakistan. You don’t park your car ACROSS AND BLOCK the main entrance of a government building. No one in an educated and modern society behaves this way. It’s backward. I had to haul my stroller over the mud to get in. The owner of the Audi that had the Consul license plate helped me haul it over the mud but he did not move his car from a clearly marked No Parking Zone. As if all business needs to stop to honor the grand entrance of what’s-his-name? So freaking pathetic. 

Y’all need to do a better job of representing out here.

This was an amazing experience. I needed an urgent visa and they helped me every step of the way. They went out of their way to ship it out on a Saturday. I really appreciate the prompt service.

Getting to talk to someone is impossible but once you get there, all individuals are helpful. Staff - you got 4 star because you are not making your bosses to pay equal respect to phone as they pay to individuals who come in. Tell them, lot of times individuals drive many hours ( in my case 4+ hours from Dallas ) to get there and it is a burden if they don't have something they absolutely need ( Although I was all ready for it and i did not had a problem but i saw another individual from San Antonio was facing problem because he didn't had a paper or two that staff absolutely needed)

I wish I could give the less than 1 star but its not possible. First drive ther for four and get nothing.Worst service ever. They do not guide you through the process. These douchbags just sit there and do nothing. Whatever question you ask them they say check online. I mean why are you even there if you can't answer questions.

I had a great experience with the consular staff. They are very considerate and they help you during the process of making the passport. I had 3 of my family members apply for passports and each time the experience was better than before. People here who have given them 1 star, I would recommend them to read the website and follow the instructions. These people are trying to help us get things done in a lawful manner. Let's make there job easier. I had excellent experience all three times and its because I followed the instructions on the website. The staff is diligent and courteous, they are aware that many people travel from afar and they try to accommodate as much as the law lets them. We should applaud the staff for serving our country as best as humanly possible. This is the first time I have ever left a review and its only because these people don't get the positive attention they deserve.
