Friendly.staffs!!! 20.mins. i was out of the door. The cashier welcomes me early in the morning told me to get a priority number stab first and.have to prepare a self address envelope.(so i have to go out and buy one). They have  the list where to get it in case you forgot to bring one. I was able to get voters.registration.done.with passport.renewal. it was a pleasant experience.  I got my passport.in least then 8 weeks.

The Consular staff were helpful and courteous. They acted on our requests on time and were very respectful. I had not experienced any problems with them. Keep up the good work.

Rude and unprofessional! I asked for a copy of a visa receipt because I misplaced it so I called and lady would not help me and hung up on me! I am disgusted with their customer service.

no star all. at first i could have given 5 stars pero nakakadismaya..nagaaply ng anak ko for renewal of passport and we travelled from Texas all the way to this office to apply and no questions ask because all are doucments are complete and took as only 10 mins which was great and we provided a return envelope with a tracking number.  But all of the waiting is the worse part 13weeks and counting of waiting wala parin hanggang ngayon yung passport. And all they can say is just wait, wait and wait. The maximum wait is already over because they say up to 10weeks, i called the office they said (Joey) , your daughter's passport is here we delivered and wait for 3 days. After 4 weeks of tracking no passport arrived and called this office again asking them if the passport is lost, they said there is no instance that happened na nwawala mga passport. Then talked again to Joey, he said your daughter's passport is here and we will deliver it just wait for 3 days just track it, the same answer. I track the package everyday and the postal office have no registered package. Tinatarantado mo na kami ano ba talaga? where is my daughter's passport?

Nightmare.  Woman who answered phone very unclear and mean.  Visit to office terrible.  The man at the desk was rude and unhelpful.  He felt no empathy for the fact we had traveled 36 hours on a bus to visit the office.  I've never encountered such rudeness to me, a native of the Philippines.  I feel sad for my country, and insulted as a citizen. Just referred me to websites to get help.
