My husband and I visited this establishment, and unfortunately experienced such POOR service. It was not made clear via phone two weeks ago that for the service we needed we had to have a $15 dollar money order. This particular day it had started to snow and was told by 'Sarah' that you must have the order and make it fast b/c we may be leaving since it's snowing. We drove 6 hrs for this appointment just to hear hurry because we want to leave. I over heard another young lady tell an older man I need you to listen and pay attention to what I ask you so I don't have to ask again. Smh. For a supposed government/diplomatic  place this to me is unacceptable. What is more ironic and sad is there is a saying in their office saying treat others how you want to be treated.

3/19/2018 (Previously review was 1 star)- A quick up date. My husband and I went to the Consular on Dec 07, 2017 to get his DPI card. I could not tell you exactly when it was received because no one from the agency contacted me. I just happened to think about it and called and it was there.!!! We waited a little over three months for it to come in. We live 6 basically 7 hour away in North Carolina. This time around 3/26/18, we got to the consular and as usual there was a lot of people. We walked up to the front desk and let the personal person know we where there to put up the DPI card and waited about 15 minutes and we where out. Even though they do need to work more on their mannerism toward the clients they did get the job done with not hiccups.

Just be prepared to WAIT... I mean, really wait... 4hrs or more even if you have an appt already scheduled. Terrible service.

Horrible services. Drove 6 hours for my appointment at 1pm and it is 3pm and still awaiting. Ask when is my turn and still giving me the run around.
