As an American seeking Brazil travel visa, this place was great. Helpful staff, quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend gathering the basic visa checklist items, submitting the application online, and setting an in-person appointment. Don't forget the prepaid return envelope.

Had a very bad experience, wasn't treat like i deserve as a Brazilian citizen.This place deserve no star at all. You all servants of Brasziliam people can do way better than that. Our people deserve a better service and be treated with respect. Shame on you

My experience before was hair pulling. Today tho was great!!! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly couldn't ask for a better visit. I don't speak or read Portuguese fluently but they helped me get everything taking care of..

I went this morning for a Visa Appointment. I found them to be incredibly kind and patient and everything very quickly. If you have posted all the documents on the web site and have everything needed with you, you will not have any problems. I saw on one review where someone complained about the cost of $160.00 - that is only in reciprocity of the US government charging to same amount to Brazilians for a US visa. On another review, someone complained that they only accept US Postal Service Money Orders. In the Fee section on the web site, they a very clear about this. Just be prepared and things will go very smoothly.
