The hotel was overbooked so there were so many people waiting on rooms and my family was in the mix. Luke Butler, the manager stepped in and made all the difference in the world to us He was so kind & helpful and full of hospitality! He made sure that we got settled in our 2 rooms and that the rest of our stay was good! He is definitely in the right field and should we ever return it will because of how well he treated us! Thanks Luke!

Perfect location! I was in town doing business at Gallup. I was close enough to walk and the area is safe for walking and adventuring. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast was kinda shabby, when compared to other embassies. Also, the gym equipment was pretty rickety.

This complaint/review is strictly for EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL-Hilton Buckhead on Peachtree in ATLANTA GEORGIA. Our family recently stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida. I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and found black hair clippings all around the faucet handles and not just a few someone used an electric razor to shave or trim their face it was never cleaned up and was left for us to see. We were extremely tired and just wanted to go to bed so instead of using that sink we used the other one we did not want to go through the process of changing our room after being in a car for so many hours so we overlooked it as a one time (gross) thing never complained, packed our stuff and left. We had booked with embassy suites in advance which had us staying at this same hotel again on our way back home. Upon arrival we had only turned on one lamp and didn't notice anything unusual, late at night myself and our kids were sleeping and my husband takes a shower and notices a few bugs one actually coming from the crack in or near the bathtub he decides to capture them, takes pictures to show the management in the morning. Luke from management was rude from the start thinking that my husband is setting this all up for a free room? I'm guessing? My husband mentioned that he is also in management and let him know that he was not being very professional for the job title that he was given, Luke proceeds to ask my husband if he would like a job? At this point my husband is tired of explaining he raises his voice NOT yelling just trying to get through to this guy in return Luke tells my husband that he's going to call the cops on him? ? Prior to the threat of calling the cops on my husband my husband shows Luke a picture on his phone of the bugs he captured by turning the clear glasses upside down, Luke continues to treat my husband with condescending rude remarks and says that he will send an engineer to our room. As our family sits waiting for the engineer he comes to our room to inspect the bugs, agrees that yes their are actually live bugs. We have kids that wouldn't take a shower with the bugs. The kind engineer let's us know that we could use another room to shower. Our son was the only one that took him up on it the rest didn't want to use any showers offered. My husband noticed that he was getting no no where with Luke so he came back to the room was trying to contact someone with more professional skills, while he's on the phone I decided to open the curtains turn all the lights on and take a better look around the entire room I pull back the bedding and find a long brown/yellowish stain running down the entire side of the bed ( on my side) along with Black MOLD on the corner side of the bed right near where I had my head all night, stains on walls and carpet. The MOLD explains why I woke up this morning NEEDING to USE my INHALER thinking that it was just a little dust or a small amount of mold somewhere , to my surprise I was SLEEPING with MOLD I'm highly allergic to mold!!! All we wanted was an apology and to not be charged for the night. For what that room looked like we could've stayed at a motel for a lot less . Sometime during this process Luke (from management) Had told my husband that if we did NOT file a complaint we would get the room for $99 if We decide to file a complaint we would receive nothing off. We have stayed at many embassy suites hotels some are better then others, we will NEVER return to this one ever again. I believe the photos taken from today is our proof that we did not not fabricate or exaggerate the situation. We got a much later start to our day of traveling back home feeling upset, disappointed and disgusted. We will climb the ladder until this is resolved. Another family should not have to sleep one night with a stained bed with black mold or take a shower with BUGS . I have never felt the need to leave such a negative review until TODAY

I feel for Staff, they do there best trying to run a slum hotel. They are just doing there best with nothing. This is far from a Hilton stay. Think of Motel 6 from the 70's. If I could post pictures of rooms you would be horrified, and we spent 500 plus 15000 points for 3 night stay. We came for indoor pool which is closed and disgusting. DO NOT GO UNTIL COMPANY DECIDES TO SPEND MONEY AND RENOVATE. TODAY IS APRIL 5 2018. COMPLAINTS BEGIN NOW....

The customer service is deplorable at the front desk. On several occasions I called the front desk and it always rang busy. I wasn't offered water at check in, despite my status with Hilton. When asking about check out, I was given an incorrect answer because they didn't look at my status. Your shoes stick to the floors because they're not clean. To use the fitness center you have to walk through the pool so your feet are wet when you get on the treadmill. The drain on the sink was broken, the handle on the room door was broken. There was no ink in the business center printer and I sat on hold nearly five minutes waiting for someone to tell me whether they were bringing more. No one showed. All of this in ONE NIGHT'S STAY.
