The Manhattan, a building that Embassy Properties leases is subpar and almost always has SOMETHING wrong with at least on of their amenities. If it wasn't the pool being shut down, it was the gas being turned off for weeks, and if it wasn't the gas, it was the air-conditioning not working. Though, those may sound like 1st world problems, it was not what I paid for in the end. I asked on multiple occasions to be reimbursed for the weeks without gas as that was included in the rent and the owner of the unit and Embassy Properties did not honor that request. I am disappointed to say the least.

This management company has been kicked out of at least 4 buildings since I moved to KC. They lie, try to cheat you on deposits and "forget" to tell you you have large packags to pick up in the office. 

People have been charged $1000 for door scratches, ProFlowers have died because they just let them sit in the office, they have tried to get people to pay rent from 6 months ago saying they never got paid. SAVE YOUR RECIEPTS, STAY AWAY. SHanna Krammer is the worst person in Kansas City. YUCK
