A wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Had an issue with a crank arm on my way to work this morning and stopped by. Friendly, courteous and not pushy. While I was there a young boy and his mom popped in, the boy was greeted warmly and the staff engaged him with great bike talk. Please support this wonderful service to the community!

Quick and easy tube change by Jacob. I was greeted upon entry, the service and cost was explained before my bike was placed on the rack and I left happy. I'll be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you guys

Favorite bike shop in DC! Had tried out a few others but never got the expertise or friendliness that comes with Conte's. Used to even go out to their Arlington location, but thankfully they opened this one up!

Got a flat on the Anacostia Trail and was able to hobble my bike over to this shop. They were open on a Sunday and took care of it in nothing flat (sorry for the bad pun). Very nice shop, excellent service by the guy at the front desk (Alex), I believe, and the mechanic (who's name I didn't get) who showed me the hole and replaced the tube on the spot. Without their prompt and professional service, our day would have been shot. Thanks for your help.

Got a flat while leaving work. Luckily, these guys were open another 15 minutes and fixed it for me right away! The mechanic figured out what caused the flat and showed me how to insert a dollar bill to prevent another. Fast, friendly service earned them a repeat customer!
