Peter was incredibly helpful with fixing my flat. I saw that my back wheel was flat as I prepared to leave the office, and walked over to this pop up repair shop, hoping he would be there. Luckily he was, and very quickly received all the help I needed. Not only did he fix the flat, but he did a quick check on my brakes, spokes, and chain, and cleaned and tightened them as needed at no extra charge. I know next to nothing about bikes, so he explained everything he was doing as he went, and offered tips on maintenance as well. He said they are currently low on staff, so I recommend making an appointment through the website if possible. He accepts both cash and credit, and I could tell he both knew what he was doing and enjoyed it. Can not recommend this place enough!

Too expensive just to tighten a nut for 3 mins work I landed spending $20 dollar. Bad choice

Fixed flat after brunch. Great price and soooo convenient. Nice guys working there.

Pete and Paul are super friendly and helpful. The online appointment system works great. No attitude that is often found at B&M bike shops. I'm always impressed with their turnaround times and generosity.

Outstanding service and very timely! Matt was super friendly and knowledgable and was able to help me with my bike tire, which I thought was flat or even had a more serious issue. He was able to just pump it up (I don't have a bike pump) and didn't charge me anything. Overall, it was an extremely helpful and pleasant customer service interaction. I'll DEFINITELY come back here any time I need anything!
