Love this shop. The staff is very helpful. I stopped in multiple times before purchasing my bike. They were very informative and not pushy at all. They really want you to get the bike that is right for you.

I went into the store looking for cycling shoes that had been suggested to me. I explored various styles and shoes as Sandy answered questions and steered me toward the perfect pair for my use. He explained the pros and cons of each and gave me a great deal! Excellent customer service!

Went to see about getting a bike to ride with my wife and her friends. I worked with Kevin and Sandy and had a wonderful time. I left very satisfied with my choice of bike and I look forward to many miles of biking. They do have a military discount.

Outstanding service!!! Drove over, got there at 6 pm (Google didn't warn of winter hours) and as the lights went out Sandy and Aaron walked out ready to head home.  They saw how bummed I looked and quickly asked what they could do for me.  I explained my issues, they took me inside and wrote me up a ticket. The next day I received a call explaining my bike was done!!!! To boot Sandy even sold me a piece for my indoor trainer off their one for the store!!!! Great service,  thank you so much Aaron and Sandy, I'll be out at the Mariner's  Museum for the Sunday ride!!!!!!

Great service I brought my bike in for a tune up and got it back quickly. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. When I picked up my bike it didn't fit on my bike rack and they allowed me to leave it over night. Great people and awesome service.
