I had been looking for a new stem for quite a while, and decided to check by Fatfrogs to see if they carried it. They had a huge selection, and the prices were great! Super friendly and helpful staff. On top of this they have the most popular and fastest group ride in Virginia Beach. For anything bike related, Fatfrogs is the place to be!

Took my bike in to get a tune up. Called ahead to reserve a spot to get it back within 2days.  When I brought the bike in was net by Joe who was one of the owners. He checked my bike in and saw the sticker on the bike from another shop that did the tune up on it from a couple years ago. He said if you bought the bike here you would have gotten lifetime adjustments.  I told Joe that I bought the bike there the sticker was from another shop that did the last tuneup. He basically accused me of not buying the bike there and when I challenged him he became indignant.  I still checked it in against my better judgement.  When I came to pick it up the mechanic that was there had no clue when asked questions about a rear rack.  I fully support locally owned business but the attitude and poor customer service has to stop.  Will not be coming back even though I purchased my bike there.

Bought two bikes from them in 2015. Told us to come back before a year for a maintenance check-up. Took it back. The dude told me it could be 6 weeks for a maintenance check-up. I was like I'm not going to not have my bike for over a month. Stop by again later for questions about bike maintenance and cleaning. Stopped by again because my seat post and saddle were stolen. Didn't have any spare of that size when they had ten versions of my bike in Stock. Sadly, I won't buy a bike here ever again.

Took my mountain bike in there to get a tune up and pick up a brand new bike two at the same time the spider style beach cruiser with the big fat wide tires just brakes front and back 3 speed the staff were very helpful and friendly recommend anybody to go there
