I have been spoiled by Conveniently Natural!  I love that I can choose what sides I'd like and that there are many vegetarian/vegan options available.  I like that all ingredients are listed so I know what is in the food.  I love that the menu changes every week and after 3 weeks of foods, I haven't seen anything repeated twice (individual meal plan).  Locally-sourced, non-GMO food prepared here in KC and free delivery once a week is why I chose Conveniently Natural.  I can choose to skip a week here and there so I don't get rusty on my cooking skills.  Some think this is expensive, but it is actually competitively priced, and I don't mind paying extra for the convenience.  The time I would spend cooking and grocery shopping can now be spent with my family or doing other fun activities!

I give “Conveniently Natural” my highest recommendation for the following: food quality (mostly organic ingredients, fresh), food variety (local, seasonal), food delivery (always consistent), diet program (nutritionally balanced, easy to follow), food plan variety (family, couple, individual, a la carte, gluten-free), online ordering system (flexible, easy to use), and excellent customer service (owners will answer any questions via phone or email).
 
I have been on their program for two months and I have lost 21 pounds, I feel better, I have saved money (grocery bill, gas, less food waste, and I believe long-term health costs), and time (going to the grocery store, cooking, future doctor’s visits).

I have 34 years of experience researching, participating in cutting edge health programs, and helping others select the best health products and services via my former health store.

Had this at a work holiday party for the vegan and vegetarians. Just fantastic! Love this place.

I purchased the Groupon deal, which included 4 weeks of delivery. I've tried to other vegan delivery programs, 1 local and 1 not local.  This is my 1st week and I'm truly impressed, so far the best delivery food program I've ever had.  The food is yummy. Excited to see what the next 3 wks Bring.
