Ordered a chicken quesadilla tray and its nothing but cheese inside, ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap only to get a ranch wrap then my last side was cajun fries that i didnt even receive. God forbid you pull back around for them to correct your order... all of a sudden they cant fix drive thru orders, this place has the worst staff ive ever seen

I recently visited athe cookout on peach orchard road  Hwy 25 and was overcharged.  I ordered two milkshakes and one order of cheddar bites. When I arrived to my location across town, I noticed I had also been charged for a water.  Please be mindful and review your receipt before leaving the premises because all of the calls go straight to their corporate office that you cannot get a live person on the phone.

Every time we come through the drive thru it’s a fight for sauce. We ordered 4 sauces for 2 trays at the speaker in case there’s an additional charge but never received it so we had to ask at the window. We were then told it’s only 1 sauce per tray, so we offered to pay the difference. Then Amaya says they can’t technically charge for it, hands us 3 sauces and walks away. Either implement a way to charge for the sauces or give them away, the attitude is unnecessary. We like cookout because it’s well priced and usually good but this location needs help with their customer service.

The window person was very nice and pleasant. I actually felt like I was invited to be there. She went through the order tray with me so I didn't feel rushed. I will return.Food: 5/5

I recently visited Cookout and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a simple item: onion rings. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, my order had been ready but was inexplicably not given to me. The lack of organization and attention to customer orders was frustrating. This poor service has definitely affected my opinion of Cookout.

Food was hot and good. Only complaint is the qaulity of the speaker when ordering from drive thru. It's hard to hear and also difficult for them to hear me too.Food: 4/5

At this time in our economy you just can't beat the price. Great food and fills me up.  My wife and I can both eat and be full under 20 bucks.....Food: 5/5

I don’t know who that little girl was working on June 6 at 2am but she had the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason. Don’t cut people off when they’re talking and someone else was taking our order till you got on acting like that. I don’t know why I keep trying to give this cookout a chance, everyone is so rude and the food is hit or miss.

Subpar experience. Unprofessional with a long wait. Repeatedly asked the same questions. When we finally got to the window, the worker appeared to be on drugs and witnessed a questionable transaction between employees . Order was incorrect with no apologies.Food: 4/5
