Worst tuna sandwich I've ever had!! In previous visits I've had the tuna sub and it was delicious....not today.  The sandwich was dry and tuna was straight out the can.  No paper wrap to separate the sandwich from pickle or paper container.  The hook and ladder is supposed to be hot....it wasn't.  I am requesting a refund and not sure we'll be ordering anything else from firehouse!!

I went in to pick up my mobile order . No one spoke to me at all. Or acknowledged I was there at the register. I got my order off their rack but there were no chips. I asked a guy where do I get the chips he acted like he was too busy to answer and pointed at the register.  I went there and they pointed behind me across the store along a wall where there was a chip rack.  The area you get drinks is pretty dirty makes me wonder what the inside of that ice machine looks like.

Food 10/10  and the place was very clean . The manager Shaniya made sure I enjoyed my experience in the store she was absolutely delightful and i can tell her employees enjoy working with her. Highly recommend she deserves 5 starsFood: 5/5

I waited 12 minutes while half a dozen employees ran around doing inconsequential things like turning off the closed sign when the store closes at 9:00 pm and it was only 6:30 pm and one guy made the orders for everyone waiting.   It was no wonder I got such a pitiful little cup of COLD chili and a sad little sub.  They truly needed some mature management the evening I visited.

My sub was drenched in the ranch sauce. The bread was had spots  were the bread was wet and the meat taste wet as well. I tried to make sure I came in before 9 o’clock. It wasn’t my plan to come in there, but the place I was going to go was closed, so  I came in there because I like the subs. The German spoke when I walked in and I spoke I’m not sure if you heard me however, I did speak with the employees spoke to me I also was very hungry so I was disappointed I have acid reflex and it made it worse I normally have not problem when I come that one.

I love their subs,but they never follow directions and never add extra toppings. They also never add my on the side items as well.Food: 4/5

Groovy service, great staff,  and the  Firehouse sub app.  has greatly improved.  I need more coupons so that I can come more often.Food: 5/5

We we not even greeted but STARED AT walking through the door. Nobody moved behind the counter for at least 4 minutes while the line just kept getting longer. We ended up just leaving after standing there for 10 minutes and watching all of the interactions.

Yesterday, l purchased a sub because my name came up.  The cashier was so nice and other employees were friendly.  They didn't have any lettuce.  I have never been to a sub place and they didn't have lettuce.  The over all service was excellent.!!Food: 5/5
