Cook's Carpet Care did a great job with our carpets.  We needed a real cleaning job after outside projects took their toll on our traffic areas.  Cook's attentive and very personable service was appreciated greatly.  After having lived abroad for a few years, when we receive this kind of personal service it almost makes us blush.  They managed to get out some spots that had been there for years!!  I would highly recommend them for their value and performance.

Cook's Carpet Care was so easy to work with! Our carpets were new when we moved in, and I was disappointed to see them growing dingy so quickly despite our best efforts to keep them clean. I vacuum regularly, but a normal vacuum only sucks things up ON the carpet- it doesn't get deep down clean. I'm pleased to say that after having our carpet cleaned it looks like new again! Not only does it look great, but it FEELS so much better to walk on. After walking back and forth on the carpet it tends to get a bit matted, but having it cleaned made it fluff up again nicely. I'm all about supporting small, local businesses. I liked that I was working with friendly, ambitious people who weren't just trying to get the job "done," but get it right. They were timely, did a great job, and the carpet didn't take forever to dry (as it has with other companies I've worked with). Would definitely recommend!

We were really pleased with the service we received from Cook's Carpet Care. We had several spots by our door that were dark and muddy looking, and I wasn't sure how well they would come up. Cook's Carpet Care was able to completely get them up! Not only that, but the carpet was totally dry in 3 hours. It was so nice to not have to wait all day for the carpet to be dry. Our apartment had a nice smell for a few days afterward as well, which is always a bonus!  The carpet feels fluffed up, and looks so much cleaner than it did before. Nice work Cook's Carpet Care!

My husband and I had a great experience with Cook's Carpet Care. Service was timely, efficient and friendly. It's crazy how dirty carpet can get over time without even noticing it. But it only took them about 20 minutes to get over a year's worth of dirt and grime out of our carpet. It's been 2 weeks and it still looks great. Fantastic service, would recommend!

Cook's Carpet Care was awesome! Literally all of the stains that were in our carpet (including red cool aid and mustard) are now completely gone. It was fast and easy and it dried really fast too! I would highly recommend Cook's Carpet Care to anyone who is looking for an easy and affordable way to have like new carpets.
