They didn't even clean the pants. There were still dingy spots where I put my hands in my pockets, and a toothpaste stain on the side. Those are not hard things to get out. Then, when we took them back they would not even wash them for free. We already paid for them once. They have definitely lost my business.

ruined my $150 fur blanket! the worst ruined my bella lux blanket came back with bleach spots. feels like it wasn't dry cleaned at all maybe thrown in the washer. no one should trust if your things are valuable

TERRIBLE. My $600 comforter came back with 5 shredded holes the size of my fist in it! I will never go back to this place.

It was my first time using this place to get dry cleaning done and i was going there to surprise my boy friend by getting his really nice jacket dry cleaned for him. I walked in not wearing the most appealing attire since it was the weekend and my time off from work so i wanted to dress comfy. as soon as i walked in the younger girl at the computer took one look at me and i guess decided that i wasn't worth a greeting or even a simple smile. but still i was kind and asked to get the jacket dry cleaned making sure to be friendly so that maybe some of my friendliness would rub off on her. sadly it didn't, she proceed to take the jacket and didn't really say a word to me but said plenty to the other younger girl in the back.  the second girl asked if i've ever used this service before with a really rude attitude and i kindly said no. she then had me write out my name for them and i did. both girls really didn't want to talk to me when i tried to be friendly or ask question and when they did they would snap at me and be really rude. she handed me back the ticket and said that it would take 2 days which really confused me since it was just a jacket so i kindly asked why it takes so long and the brown haired girl snapped and said that they had no cleaners over the weekend so i wont be getting the jacket back until the monday. which is a weird way to run a business. i understand being closed on sunday in utah but they would be making a lot more money having at least one or two cleaners there with the people who are checking the clothing in. since they dont it was very misleading and its a bummer that i wont be able to suprise my boyfriend like i wanted to and a crappy way to run a business. i hope their customer service gets better towards other people no matter what they look like. but after my experience there i will not be going back. Ever.
