Was refused service because no manager was in yet and the little girl was clueless flirting with some old dude. Real quick waste of. Time

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude. I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned on 7/31. Apparently you have to sign a release form, well the girl failed to have me sign anything. It is now 8/11 they called to let me know it is just sitting there and they needed me to come sign something. She said it would now be ready a week from next Monday. No remorse from the girl , she was irrated like I was bothering her when I asked why I was at fault when I didn't even know about a form. She continued to interrupt me and provided no empanthy for the situation, I will be picking up my comforter today and taking it else where should of read all these horrible reviews first. I'm sure they treat the garments like customer service terrible ! Avoid this place 😡

Been using this Vicks for 8 years. Very friendly customer service - great with kids. Have used their tailor service. Not one problem in 8 years.

Poor service ! Company lost my uniform shirts .Three days later finally found them , then when I went to pick up they were wrong and not pressed correctly with crease and starch . I believe this company scamming alot of persons . Reported to BBB very poor service , And manager / owner did not care about the needs of a county worker .
