I got hit by an idiot..I took my car to Nissan collision. Bout 3 weeks later I got it today..OH MY STAR'S. They did awesome..she rides better than she did & it was very good before..they got me a rental, I so needed. Never been in a wreck & did not know what to do..was not & did not use my insurance..Nissan collision did it all for me..I'm VERY please with my car & the rear was destroyed..its now better than imagined..it rides so great..you will always be my cars doctor..thank you Paul 1st & most & the mechanics for an excellent job..

The staff is beyond gracious and helpful! 10/10 recommend their body work, always have used them and they always taken care of my car. I've had to have body work done to my car 4 times in the past year due to hit and runs, but I always use Cookeville Collision Center. This last time I was hit, the rear left bumper came unattached with no paint damage, I ran it over to Cookeville Collision and they had it fixed within a couple hours, no charge.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident. We chose this location because of the good reviews and primarily because we own a nissan. Thinking we would get the job done right we were proven otherwise. After a very long process, several trips we are not very satisfied with the outcome. (I included a picture to show the large gap I'm stuck with.) Hopefully there wont be a next time and if there is we will gladly take our business elsewhere.

This was one of our best car buying/trading experiences to date.  My wife and I came in to check out trading our Murano towards something more fuel efficient. Michael showed us the Versa and then worked with us on the financing.  After a bit of work the team at Cookeville Nissan was able to get us into a new vehicle at a payment that fit our tight budget.  Michael and Vince provided us with a hassle/pressure free car buying experience.
