My insurance used them for my warranty, 1/15, all they had to do is call to just set an appointment (no call).. warranty says at least 48 hrs for him to call.. Wed (1/17) came along, left message to call, no call back, calles my insurance to change contractor, they called them (oh wow they answered them, they told my insurance they will call me right away, well no call).. Called my insurance on Thur and demanded a new contractor.. The point is these guys customer service is below avg, no calls, no follow ups, cant say how there service is, but if there like the any where as to  o follow ups or setting up appt.. Don't recomend them at all.  **late post, all happened last week.

Scammer wanted to up charge a part for me that I can get at The Home Depot for $13.00.  I told him money was tight for me...I would buy the part and he could install it.  I would gladly pay for the labor.  He was not willing to work with me and said it had to be HIS part and it would cost $130.00!!!!!  You guys are just scamming people.   I understand we all have to make a living but a 1000% mark UP IS Ridiculous!!!!
